Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for Legal Services Assistant within our Browne Jacobson LLP Nottingham office. Working as part of our brilliant Legal Support Services team, you will truly add value by enabling our legal departments to deliver a high quality service to our clients.

This is a part time role of c. 21 - 28 hours per week.

As someone with previous legal experience, you will be confident and competent when providing support with case research and post completion work. This may include online applications, e.g. Companies House, Land Registry, undertaking searches and completion of Stamp Duty Land Tax.

You will also be involved in the management of key dates and delivery milestones and assisting with the coordination of client reports, helping to ensure that delivery milestones are achieved.

We are looking for someone who can operate with professionalism and expertise, as you will be liaising with both internal and external clients. You will be methodical, organised and flexible in your approach to work.
