ROLE PURPOSE To provide administration support for all three offices To report to the Support Services Supervisor To provide reception cover for periods of annual leave and absence To provide cover for the Legal Assistants when on leave

of the meeting To provide refreshments for clients as requested To attend to clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a To take information from new clients on CLEF and pass to relevant fee earners Service Delivery To work with colleagues to prioritise and complete the most urgent client work before other
routine tasks To close and archive client files, including correct storage and retrieval of files if needed To work with departments to file client paperwork in times of pressure

monthly stock takes To draft routine letters and documents as requested. To complete and process Legal Aid Forms as directed Compliance and Risk To comply with Health and Safety To comply with all office systems and procedures as stated in the Office Manual To carry out weekly and monthly health and safety checks in the office To adhere to company policy in regards to archiving and storage of client files To take an active role in the yearly destruction of client files To maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance,
and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. nformation.
