Why join Simpson Millar & work as a Paralegal within our Serious Injury / Personal Injury department?

We’ve branded ourselves as The Open Lawyers, and that’s a commitment to both our clients and our colleagues.
If you haven’t heard about us, here’s an introduction:
Our history can be traced back for over 170 years, but as of today, we have 11 offices around the UK employing nearly 600 people (and that’s increasing every month). We’re going through a period of growth and acquisition, backed up by a stable 5-year, investment and growth business plan.
About the Job
Our Serious Injury Team, as the name suggests, deal with some of the more complex and sometimes horrific injuries that our clients suffer. Therefore you’ll need to have a strong empathetic nature, as well as being bright and have a good level of academic legal knowledge.
You will be working directly with one of our Senior Associates, Caroline Fox, who was recognised as a Rising Star in the Legal 500 2020 edition for her work in Personal Injury. Caroline is an excellent tutor and will provide fantastic training and mentoring to the right person.
This role could be an excellent first step for a new graduate or LPC student who is looking to build their career in a leading consumer law firm.
