Salary: £19,000 p.a.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch

Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum

Job Specification: Working for a Partner or other fee earner, you will provide administrative and legal support to the team. Duties will include:

Drafting documents under direct supervision of a fee earner

*
File management

*
Research work for fee earners

*
Arrange meetings with counsel, experts and clients

*
Preparation of trial bundles

*
Administrative assistance

Experience/attributes required:

*
This position would suit someone looking for a career in Law

*
Evidence of continued high academic achievement, preferably to degree level

*
The ability to interact sensitively with clients, face to face and on the telephone

*
Ability to work as part of a team

*
Flexible attitude

*
Organisational skills and effective time management
