We are looking for a Litigation Assistant to assist the fee earners in the Life Sciences team. The role primarily involves document management, data entry and data analysis
The successful candidate will work alongside other fee earners and assist with the responsibility for maintaining efficient systems dealing with hard copy and electronic documents, updating and maintaining internal databases of claims and the firm’s case management systems.
There is a specific requirement for ensuring that all data entry and information management systems are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
Additionally, there will be requirement for the successful candidate to assist fee earners with the retrieval and analysis of information for reporting purposes.
The candidate should be proficient in managing electronic spreadsheets, reconciling data and identifying errors
