About the team

Our Human Rights team act for individuals, groups and organisations which brings challenges against public authorities (such as government bodies, local authorities and agencies), in a range of areas such as civil liberties, human rights breaches, community care, and regularly acts in Inquest & Court of Protection cases.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a paralegal to join our Actions Against the Police team. Our work covers a broad range of litigation including private law claims for compensation and public law claims for judicial review, focusing on discrimination, Human Rights Act breaches and inquest cases. The work involved will be varied and, at times, highly challenging. It will ideally suit a Paralegal who has relevant experience and / or interest in this area of law, is highly resilient and has excellent organisational and document management skills.
