Multi-accredited firm in East Sussex seeks a dynamic Employment Paralegal/HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining our client’s busy employment team located in the Uckfield area, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive advice on HR matters and support HR functions. You will also be required to provide back up for HR managers where necessary.
• Drafting handbooks and contracts
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures
• Providing reports
• Breach of contract
• Liaising with professionals
• Paralegals and HR advisors with a minimum of one year’s experience
• Outstanding knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Taking a proactive approach, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
