This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate crime paralegal ideally, having completed the legal practice course, or a police station accredited representative who is looking to advance their career within a progressive law firm. Responsibilities
- Attending clients
- Taking instructions
- Providing representation at police stations
- File management
- Progressing cases up to trial
- Dealing with investigations
- Drafting briefs
- Witness statements
- Legal research
- Preparing bundles
- Liaising with external professionals
- A paralegal or police station representative seeking career progression
- Previous experience within the legal framework
- Able to manage a full caseload
- Experience of case management systems
- Excellent client care skills are a must
