Our Corporate Claims team are experts in handling personal injury litigation. Working for a wide range of clients across all sectors, they work as part of the wider Eversheds team to ensure our clients facing personal injury claims, achieve outcomes that meets their business needs. They are experts in handling all types of claims including gas explosions, asbestos, NIHL, stress, disease, sexual abuse, aviation disasters, fatal accidents, chemical exposure, manufacturing accidents and occupiers liability claims. With over 150 years combined experience there is no type of personal injury claim that our Corporate Claims team has not dealt with.
Our claims team is very successful with a proven track record in winning new work. Sustained growth over the past few years has generated fantastic opportunities at a range of levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own files and assisting more senior staff on higher value or more complex matters.
You will have support and guidance from experienced senior staff and will be excited at the prospect of having more responsibility than you have had in similar roles. You will have daily contact with case managers to ensure fast and effective resolution of claims.
Skills and experience:
We are looking for a Paralegal with experience of handling personal injury claims (particularly EL/PL cases). It would be an advantage to have had experience of litigation as well as pre litigation but this is not essential.
You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a team player. You will feel comfortable dealing with clients and willing to adapt your work methods to meet client needs.
