Our client is actively looking to add an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to its well-established Leamington Spa practice. Joining the wider development team, the successful paralegal will be acting for a wide range of clients including developers and landowners whilst managing their own caseload, with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload, with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions
- Drafting and preparing key legal documentation
- Opening and closing files
- Use of various case management systems
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Scanning and photocopying documentation
- General administrative work
- Applications are welcomed from paralegals of all levels
- Knowledge in conveyancing matters is essential
- Knowledge of the sale of private and affordable homes, resales, staircasings, lease extensions, right to buy and repossession sales would be advantageous but not essential for the role
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent drafting skills coupled with attention to detail
