Would you like to work for a top regional law firm committed to providing a high quality legal service across a wide range of practice areas?  Our busy and expanding Clinical Negligence & Inquest Team are looking for a Paralegal to join us.  The role is flexible regarding working hours and days but the ability to work outside Norfolk and some evenings during busy periods is desirable.

This is primarily a role specialising in Inquest and subsequent Clinical Negligence claims working alongside experienced fee earners and would suit either an experienced, proactive and confident team player who is keen to develop a specialism or a keen and ambitious graduate who wishes to gain experience in this interesting and growing area of work.

Candidates will have good drafting skills, scrupulous attention to detail, an ability to work under pressure, an ability to prioritise their workload and be capable of using their own initiative.  Candidates will also have excellent client care skills including a considerate and empathetic approach to clients.

Full company training will be given to the successful candidate who will also benefit from staff perks, with the opportunity to progress their career.
