This well-established Sheffield based firm is looking for Paginator to join the Clinical Negligence department. The firm offers generous holiday entitlement (up to 30 days with progression and long service), 3 discretionary days off at Christmas and New Year, Contributory Pension Scheme and Contractual Sick Pay Entitlement, but to name a few.
Some of the Paginators main duties would be to sort, collate, paginate, and index medical records using pagination software. You will be expected to prepare a chronology of relevant issues arising out of the medical records with reference to the paginated bundle.
You, the successful Paginator, will provide written advice to the fee earners on issues arising when reviewing the medical records. This could be missing records, further records that need to be obtained, potential issues to be investigated that may not have been raised by the Claimant.
As the Paginator you will have a host of administration duties also, from data entry to managing a diary system of deadlines set by fee earners.
