Excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join an award winning law firm with a number of offices in the UK and overseas.

They are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Paralegal to join their team in Bristol. The Occupational Health team deals with EL and PL claims, notification of incidents, portal, pre-litigation and litigated together with other injury claims along with various disease matters to include deafness, asbestos injuries, RSI and other types of disease claims such as asthma and stress related injuries. It serves a broad range of insurers, runoff syndicates, brokers and the self-insured.

The vacancy has arisen due to an increase in instructions and the firm will consider applications from candidates with strong academics at degree level or above who possess relevant experience of fee earning.

You should be able to demonstrate a real interest in Insurance Claims work and be familiar with working in a commercial environment. You should be a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Any experience of Fixed Fee Delegated Authority working would also be an advantage.
