The firm are seeking a newly qualified to join their commercial property department for one of their offices based in Essex.

This credible regional law firm are seeking an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. It is a fantastic opportunity as you will be working on a broad caseload closely with experienced real estate lawyers on the following: -

· freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposals.
· lease renewal and rent review.
· site assembly for developers.
· advice to landlords and tenants.
· option, pre-emption and overage agreements.
· property financing.
· advice upon retail, office and industrial development.
· joint venture projects.

You must have a solid grounding of knowledge in commercial property with practicial experienced gained within your training contract/SQE.

Salary in line with the market rate and you will have the opportunity to work 2 days from home.
