The main objective of this role is to profitably manage a team of Litigators dealing with caseloads of employers and public liability cases, providing an excellent service at all times to individual and corporate clients. You will provide technical supervision as well as developing, coaching and mentoring team members to achieve targets and KPIs as set by the business and to ensure you maximise their potential. You will also be responsible for periodic file audits as well as conducting Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) for your team members.
You will be a Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in litigation. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of employers’ and public liability personal injury claims as well as technical quantum issues. You will have experience of supervising and managing a team and will have a proven track record of achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your strong organisational skills and time management ability will compliment your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, as well as strong motivational ability and demonstrable commercial awareness.
