In this newly qualified family solicitor position you will advise on mainly privately funded work, but potentially some legal aid matters too.
In the main your experience will include advising on: divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance and children matters.
You will work closely with the senior members of the team, and continue to learn and progress your experience, being involved in all areas, and contributing to the continuing success of the department.
