A thriving and reputable law firm is seeking to recruit a new build conveyancing assistant to join its team. The role offers excellent career progression prospects, providing all the necessary support to enable you to progress into a fee earning position within a short period of time.

Our client is a multi-site law firm well known for its conveyancing services across the West Midlands. They are now seeking to appoint a new build conveyancing assistant to join their team. The role requires full administrative/paralegal support to a new build conveyancer on all aspects of their day to day workload. You will be exposed to general administrative duties, but also really get to understand and develop your knowledge within this area of law by doing more complex work.

Our client is looking for a new build conveyancing assistant with at least 6-12 months experience within a conveyancing department, ideally with experience dealing with new build properties. You must be enthusiastic, hard-working and passionate, with the ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.

If you have 6-12 months experience in new build work and you would like to join a firm that really does offer career progression, please contact Rebecca Higgs for more information or apply online.
