The role of Paralegal (Pre Litigation Executive) will involve managing a caseload of low value Fast-Track cases which include Employers Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims. Specifically you will be: investigating liability; assessing the strengths of a claim; gathering liability, causation and quantum evidence; liaising with clients, defendants, insurers, employers, witnesses, medical experts and the police; valuing claims; and negotiating settlements (in liability admitted cases).Key requirements

- Previous case handling experience is ideal but not essential
