About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client care to our clients who have suffered from a traumatic and life changing event, handling a portfolio of Serious Injury files with complex technical issues and quantum, ensuring that case plans are progressed and adhered to. You will be an experienced litigator with strong technical ability and practical knowledge of the court procedures.
With experience in a similar personal injury role, you'll be competent managing a caseload of multi track cases valued up to around GBP150,000. You will be a qualified solicitor or CILEx with at least 4 years post qualification experience.

You'll be passionate about working in personal injury and looking to continue to develop your career in this area. As a more experience Fee Earner you will share your knowledge with more junior members of the team,providing informal coaching and support as required.
