Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team of committed and enthusiastic professionals in their Bristol or Cardiff office. You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework as you represent clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Occupier’s Liability, as well as occasional cases involving product liability, sports injuries and injuries caused by animals. This will provide a platform for you to showcase your exceptional communication, sound judgement, confident decision-making buttressed by your significant legal knowledge and expertise.

As a Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process. You will therefore need to be ideally operating as a Court Grade B and run a high quality Multi-Track Accidents case load of values from £25,000 up to £500,000.
The role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for their clients. You will also be a team player and will enjoy engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.
A day in the life of a Lawyer is never the same, however a typical day may include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements; preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials). Benefits
