Here at CRA we are currently recruiting for a specialist law firm with a strong presence in the South Yorkshire area. It is for their office in Sheffield that they are looking to take on a Fee Earner to join their busy Motor Litigation department on a Full-Time Basis.
The role will typically involve managing the Motor Claims once passed over from First Point of Call. You will deal with contacting third parties and maintaining contact, arranging medical appointments and gaining feedback, arranging offers. You will typically manage the credit hire process up until litigation in addition. You will oversee the whole process from inception through the litigation process.
For the right candidate progression is available and the firm are always keen for the team to pick up litigation knowledge/practical experience.
The successful candidates will typically have at least 6 months' experience of managing this process and a keen interest to pursue this from a legal perspective. Candidates have typically come from a credit hire/insurance background but all applications with the relevant experience will be considered. This role benefits from Monday-Friday work.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. Free onsite parking is also included, alongside a subsidised café.
