MOJ / OIC Portal Credit Hire -File Handler. This leading national firm is hiring within its prestigious Credit Hire team. They are offering a unique opportunity to join a market leading team to deal with credit hire claims in the MOJ & OIC portal.

Overview

• Job Title: MOJ Credit Hire -File Handler
• Location: Greater Manchester
• Salary: Up to £25,000
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Term: Permanent
• Previous experience: Credit Hire, managing own caseload.

Delivering legal excellence

You will handle a caseload of portal claims from initial notification and be responsible for assessing liability, personal injury and credit hire with the aim to achieving the best settlement outcome. You will also be required to handle liability disputed claims on a pre-litigation basis. Additional tasks can include

• Making initial investigations and liaising with relevant parties
• Undertake discussions and negotiations
• Draft Court documentation
• Deal with correspondence and telephone calls
