An experienced Mental Health Solicitor is wanted for a highly rated, multi award winning Newcastle based law firm. Applications are invited from dedicated and committed Mental Health Solicitors motivated to progress their careers in a friendly and supportive team that has built a fantastic reputation in the sector. The successful candidate will join one of the leading regional Mental Health teams, offering advice to patients and families of patients detained under the Mental Health Act or who are subject to Community Treatment Orders. Providing representation at Mental Health Tribunals, Hospital Managers Hearings, Review Meetings and Care Programme Approach Meetings you will deliver measured, honest Mental Health law advice in a pragmatic and sympathetic manner.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months' Mental Health Law experience gained in a high street or regional law firm, membership of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme an advantage but not essential.
