We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign & Delivery Manager to manage one of our most important areas of fee generation in our firm. Therefore, this is a hugely important and commercially challenging position – but with that comes a rewarding and ultimately highly visible role.

You’ll need to be a sales driven marketer who understands how to generate new business in a B2C, direct to market environment. Therefore, you’ll understand how to put campaigns together, how much our cost per lead is for each product line, and be able to bring together a digital marketing manager and content writer so that it gets delivered.

We're guessing you’ve already seen that this isn’t a fluffy marketing role, it’s about ROI, it’s about driving new inceptions into the business and helping the firm to achieve it’s growth targets over the next 3-5 years.

As a firm we’re 2 years into a growth plan that will see head count increase by over 20% year on year. Despite the disruption this year has brought many organisations, we’ve continued to develop and see genuine optimism coming out of the next 3-5 years. So, it’s an exciting time to join, but with that comes the challenge of driving and creating leads which will help to shape the future of the business. We might be a law firm, but we’re certainly not a slow paced, old fashioned organisation. Things move at pace, we’re commercial, numbers focused and always looking to improve.

Ideally you’ll have experience of a similar role within a legal background – but importantly you’ll be proactive, highly organised and be able to react quickly to new opportunities as they present themselves. You’ll work closely with the Partners and Heads of Department to drive business growth and see our firm achieve the targets it wants to realise and has the capabilities to succeed in.
