We currently have a vacancy in our Marketing Department which would be ideal for a graduate looking for their first role. The role will be primarily Honiton office based but travel to our other offices will be required for the successful performance of this role.

Within this role, you will work with the PR & Communications Manager delivering excellent results for the firm. You will provide high-quality support adhering to best practice and leading to improved performance of the firm.

Your day to day responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:

* Assisting the PR & Comms Manager with marketing activities

* Social media management

* Assist in the creation of promotional materials: leaflets and posters etc

* Research and order promotional items such as pens, bags, notebooks etc

* Gather together information from Google Analytics and social media tracking

* Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and proofing of all material

* Update and maintain marketing databases using Excel and CRM system

* Help to plan and host promotional marketing events, shows and seminars

* Ensure all marketing material is up to date and available in every office

* Analysing questionnaires, and client feedback to include in reports and promotional campaigns

* Liaise with printers and suppliers as the main point of contact

* Dealing with all advertising and sponsorship enquiries

* Creation of presentations and displays for events

* General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will need to:

* Be proficient with all aspects of social media

* Demonstrate excellent administrative and typing skills with good attention to detail

* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills

* Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and spoken

* Take a positive and proactive approach to work, anticipating and meeting the needs of the various departments

* Be competent in using Word and other Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
