Residential Conveyancing Locum

We have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property solicitor to join the team on a locum basis (between 2 and 6 months).

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a team which provides a market leading service to its clients.

What you'll do

* Advise on the sales and purchases of the full range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular focus on high value properties.

* Deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales, purchases and remortgage transactions.

* Assist with leasehold property issues in relation to both flats and houses.

* Give accurate prompt, realistic and relevant advice in response to clients' enquiries whilst managing their expectations.

* Gain an understanding of clients' requirements and how to achieve their needs.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Ensure proper file management.

Who we are looking for:

The position would suit an existing, experienced locum who is looking for a 2-6 month assignment.

Candidates are required to have excellent knowledge of all areas of residential property law and experience of providing high quality advice in a leading residential property team.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified solicitor with strong experience and who and has worked with a national or leading regional firm dealing with top quality residential property work.
