Locum Prosecution Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a Local Authority in South London who require an experienced Locum Prosecution Lawyer to join their team.

Our client is seeking a Locum Prosecution Lawyer with previous prosecution experience, ideally gained within a public sector organisation, to start with them as soon as possible.

As a Prosecution Lawyer you will be required to carry out a caseload of criminal litigation matters to include:

• Fraud
• Fly-tipping
• Enforcement
• Trading Standards
• Legal advisor at licensing panels
• Non school attendance prosecutions
• Adult Social Debt recovery
• Anti Social Behaviour

There is also the opportunity to get involved in some civil litigation matters.

Our client is looking for the successful Prosecution Lawyer to join them as soon as possible. The locum contract will be for an initial 3 month term, with a view to turn into a rolling assignment. The team is friendly, and flexible working arrangements can be considered. On offer is also a highly competitive pay rate, depending on experience.
