Job description: A Local Authority in the North East of England has approached Venn Group’s public sector Legal team to recruit a Locum Property Fee Earner to join their team on a mostly remote and temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have experience with:
- Checking that properties have been registered properly
- Undertaking and leading audits
- Dealing with the land registrations and deeds
The successful candidate will be required to attend the office for one day per week and will have previous property experience.
Hourly rate: £12 - £18DOE
