Calling all planning lawyers with extra capacity in their working week OR those wishing to work very part time. Our very good client is looking for some additional legal support by recruiting an experienced planning lawyer to work one day per week on a locum basis.

Casework includes:

• Certificates of lawfulness
• Enforcement notices
• s106 agreements
• Project based work
• General advice

This is a hybrid working role with attendance at planning committee required once per month.
