Immediate Start - Locum Litigation Solicitor : (£35 : £45 p/h dependent on experience) : East Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a Local authority organisation based in the East Midlands.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 2-4 weeks, ideally for 2-3 days.

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:

* Handling two major planning prosecution cases for the Council
* Preparing and dealing with planning enforcement matters
* Undertaking other litigation work for the Council as required
