An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Legal Cashier to join our client’s successful practice on an ongoing part-time basis working 20 hours a week across five days a week. Depending on the candidate, the working hours will either be 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. Responsibilities
- Processing client and office account payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Taking card payments
- CHAPS and BACS payments
- Ledger management
- Ensuring SAR compliance
- Dealing with invoices and billings
- Processing cheques
- Dealing with petty cash
- Applications are welcomed from legal cashiers of all levels
- Immediately available
- Experience in using Tikit is highly advantageous
- Keen eye for detail and a professional approach to your work
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
