- Contracting out of 1954 Act
- Right to buy
- Deed of postponement
- Licence to assign/occupy/carry out work
- Tenancy at will
- Property law governance
- Disposal of open space
- Solicitor, legal executive or paralegal with solid experience in commercial and residential property law
- Availability for an immediate start is required
- Experience in the following matters is essential:
- Title report
- Appropriation of land
- Compulsory purchase order
- Disposal of housing land
- Providing legal comments on cabinet/committee report
- Development agreement
- Section 106 agreement
