Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Full Time / Part Time

£45 - £55 per hour

Are you a housing lawyer wanting to work in a local authority setting? An Exciting opportunity has arisen for housing litigation solicitors to join an established local authority in Yorksgire on a locum basis for 3 months+ and on a full time or part time basis.

As a Housing Litigation Solicitor there will be a variety of matters to handle including housing disrepair, homelessness, planning Enforcement, judicial Reviews, breach of injunction, anti-social behaviour and much more!

For the most part as a locum housing litigation lawyer you will be expected to:

  • Support the litigation team including advocacy
  • Have a strong understanding and experience in a civil caseload
  • Work autonomously on housing matters, in particular; ASB matters, homlessness, possession claims, injunctions and some disrepair matters

Candidates from Private Practise and Housing associations are encouraged to apply as the client is open and flexible in their recruitment process.

Our Client will consider newly qualified solicitors although it is beneficial but not entirely necessary to have an experienced background in a local authority setting.
