Locum Childcare Solicitor – Remote Working – up to £50 per hour umbrella – 3 Months + – West Midlands

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established Local Authority in the West Midlands area who are recruiting for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their department.

This is a full-time position however candidates with part-time availability may also be considered. The role is offered for a period of 3 months  with a likelihood of an extension and will be worked on a on an all remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive to become part of a forward thinking, proactive Local Authority.

Duties may include:

• Managing a busy and varied caseload of Childcare cases to include all pre-proceedings
• Advising at LPM and PLO meetings
• Performing own advocacy to include contested and final hearings
• Advising client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare law

An attractive rate is on offer of up to £50 per hour umbrella dependent on individual experience.
