Litigation Solicitor

LITIGATION SOLICITOR REQUIRED

Our client, a growing law firm in the South West of London who offer traditional values with a modern approach, are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and experience in a varied Litigation caseload. The caseload is large and varied therefore would suit candidates with a good cross section of experience civil litigation, for example:

-        Property Disputes and Litigation

-        Contract Disputes

-        Landlord and Tenant Disputes

-        Inheritance/Estate Disputes

-        Professional Negligence Claims

-        Fraud

-        Insolvency

-        Land, Boundary, Access and Planning Disputes
