Property Litigation Solicitor 

Currently instructed exclusively we are seeking junior litigator to join this expanding team with a healthy attitude towards work-life balance. 

It is envisaged that the right candidate will be between NQ and 2 years qualified although the firm will consider candidates with the right experience outside that level. 

You will be expected to handle the full range of litigation work with a bias towards Property litigation. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for quality work and a good work-life balance. 

The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to run their own caseload but with of the wider team.

You will  undertake a range of litigation matters acting for a diverse client base including:

·      Debt Recovery

·      Defended Actions

·      Landlord and Tenant

·      Property Litigation

·      Employment

·      Partnership Disputes

·      Commercial Disputes

You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives and make a name for yourself in the local community.  

The candidate must have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics.
