Litigation Solicitor

This is a superb opportunity to join a Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm who are well-established and have been providing advice and guidance to people and businesses throughout Essex and beyond for over a 100 years. They thrive on client loyalty and referrals which still account for a very high proportion of their business.

You will be joining a busy litigation team who are recognised for their growing success in all litigious matters and you will be the sole fee earner who will take control of this department.


  • As the Litigation Solicitor, you will be required to manage your own full caseload and deal with a range of civil litigation matters, including:-
  • Property/land disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Contractual disputes
  • Insolvency proceedings
  • Contentious wills/trusts
  • County Court/High Court proceedings


  • You will be self-sufficient and able to work as a standalone fee earner
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • You will enjoy networking, marketing and business development
