A law firm based in the Christchurch area is seeking an experienced litigation secretary to join their dynamic litigation team in a full time capacity.
You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. You will be required to provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the fee earners. You must also be able to produce accurate typing and you will also be responsible for diary management, routine client telephone enquiries as well as general secretarial duties.
The litigation secretary role would suit those who are highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
Previous experience of working as a legal secretary in a litigation department of a law firm is essential.
