Discretionary bonus scheme available for a talented Litigation Fee Earner at a well-established firm in Kent.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an effective Litigation Fee Earner to join our client’s busy practice in the Canterbury area. Working as part of a specialist team within the wider litigation department, the successful fee earner will manage a bespoke caseload of various litigation matters.
• Property litigation
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Employment law
• Contentious probate
• Contract disputes
• Boundary disputes
• General commercial litigation
• Solicitor, barrister or legal executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Sound experience of general litigation within a reputable firm
• Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances and conferences
• Experience of preparing and drafting relevant legal documentation
• Solid negotiation skills
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
