Litigation Assistant, Motor

Kennedys is looking to grow further their motor team. We are recruiting fee earners to handle recoveries and defendant matters in the Small Claims, Fast Track, OIC and MOJ arenas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high quality caseload with a variety of clients. 

Team

Kennedys' Liability team handle pre and post litigation work including small, large loss, fast and multi-track claims. The wider team advise on motor liability, employers liability and public liability matters.

• Claims handling companies
• Self-insured companies

Cases

• Motor Liability - Defendant

Required experience

• 0-2 years' with the relevant experience*
• Litigation experience of claimant motor, motor defence and motor recovery work
• Knowledge of the personal injury pre-action protocol
• Previous client contact
• Credit hire experience is desirable
• Experience of negotiation.
