Our client is a successful Litigation orientated law firm specialising in RTA, credit hire, professional negligence and serious injury work.
They are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Lawyer to join its Contested Liability and Technical Claims Team.
The team already comprises several senior litigators recruited from leading firms in Manchester and Liverpool. A number have been successfully recruited from Defendant Insurance firms. Candidate applications from either a Claimant or Defendant backgrounds are welcomed.
The claims will consist of some of the less run of the mill technical RTA cases involving liability, fraud or LVI. Applicant with significant technical expertise and knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules are urged to apply. It is essential that applicant have contemporary, hands on experience of litigated files. This is a pre requisite.
In return for this challenging role, the firm is willing to pay up to £40,000 plus exceptional bonuses and even overtime.

To be considered for this senior litigator role you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;
Solicitor/FILEX or Fee Earner with significant RTA litigation experience.
Ability to help manage a team of fee earners and support staff
Excellent CPR/case law knowledge
Some Credit Hire experience
A willingness to fee earn
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative
