A leading legal 500 law firm in Liverpool has a rare opportunity for a Legal Trainer to join the team.

Day to day you will design, prepare and facilitate all areas of the legal training to meet the needs of the firm. you will support the firm in providing quality and meaningful training in line with the legal training policy. You will liaise with the Legal Training Manager following the identification of any risk, training or performance need. You will actively promote and represent the Legal Training Department throughout the whole business and with external bodies.

Although this is a non-fee earning role, you must have a minimum of 8 years experience managing a caseload of litigated files. You will also be expected to have a strong knowledge in areas of portal, fast track and multi-track claims.

Previous experience as a legal trainer is not essential however you must be confident, creative and conduct your sessions in a professional manner. You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and therefore must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The salary for this role is completely dependent upon experience but is likely to be up to £45,000.
