Experienced Fee Earner with Litigation experience within the motor claims industry, as a Paralegal or Litigation Executive within the Motor or Personal Injury industry.

About the Role

To deliver a robust quality claims support service with key focus on our customers and claim quality. You will provide legal support and advice to our customers during their personal injury and/or uninsured losses claim, with management and support through the claims process. Your will complete a variety of technical, legal activities on a number of claims throughout their lifecycle in the business and will be responsible for ensuring that each activity is completed to the highest level of quality and follows all of the required process steps to ensure the progression of the customers claim.

You will be expected to complete customer contact on inbound and outbound calls within Minster Claims. This is inclusive of providing our customers advice, information and support through the Minster Claims process.

Your role will be inclusive of detailed, quality completion of key legal technical activities within customers claims, including the review of medical reports, the application of quantum and litigation, where required.

Your main duties will include:

  • Contact customers within agreed service levels and provide advice and information on the claims procedure and that of Minster Claims Services.
  • Accurately complete all legal activities required within agreed service levels.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer care, ensuring that the right customer and business outcome is optimised and achieved.
  • Deal with personal injury compensation and uninsured loss claims and be competent of procedures and timescales.
  • Ability to deal with cases of complexity, causation arguments and disputed liability with minimal supervision.
  • Assess liability and quantum to include the review of medical reports.

About You

You'll have previous experience of the personal injury and uninsured losses claims processes.

You will have the ability to perform to a high level, will be target driven and thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer care.

You'll have a customer centric approach and be focused on delivering the right outcome for each of our clients. You'll bring passion, positivity and enthusiasm to the role, and be committed to developing your career within Personal Injury.
