Aspiria are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary, who has experience within either (or both) property and private client work. Supporting an experienced Senior Partner, this role is an integral part of the business and a key support function to the team around them. Working within a boutique legal environment, within an office of 10 employees, we are ideally looking for someone who already understands many of the legal processes, forms and terminology. In return, this opportunity will be working with a dynamic, forward-thinking and progressive leadership team, who have ideas to expand the business and to continue delivering an excellent service to their existing client base.


Tasks included:

  • Audio typing from dictation
  • Letter drafting
  • Form processing
  • Diary management
  • Client liaison
  • General admin support


Skills and experience required:

  • Previous legal support experience
  • Ideally experience across either (or both) property or private client
  • Strong typing skills
  • High levels of organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills for letter writing and other correspondence
