This role is suitable for someone with proven experience in Trusts and Estates work and who can carry out tasks with minimal supervision, providing legal secretarial support to the team that handles a mixture of work.
This is a fast-paced, busy department; therefore, the ability to work accurately and under pressure is essential. the chosen Legal Secretary will be joining cohesive team, supporting 2 fee earners - One of which is part time and the other a partner. Due to continued success, the team is growing and very busy - 'm looking to speak with Legal Secretaries who have strong experience in this practice area and who can 'hit the ground running'. It would suit someone who enjoys being a key aspect of team and who enjoys the smaller office / quieter environment.
* Prior experience as Legal Secretary within Private Client is essential
* High level of attention to detail
* Audio transcription skills
* Fast accurate typing ability
* Experience of using case management system
* Excellent communication skills
* Very well organised
* Excellent team player
* IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
