Experience in a Commercial Property secretarial role is beneficial but not essential & so if experienced in other Legal areas, this will be considered.

Role: Our Client is seeking a full time PA / Legal Secretary to join an ambitious, energetic and expanding Commercial Property department in their our flagship Northampton office.    


You will primarily be working with the Commercial Property department with day to day responsibilities to include submission of online property searches, Land Registry applications, completion of stamp duty land transaction returns and assistance with quality and compliance matters.  Also, when necessary, you will provide support to other teams in the Commercial Division.
