Fantastic law firm based in Barnet are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary or Paralegal to join their team, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recent experience dealing with Wills & Probate matters, LPA's etc. Some Conveyancing experience would be an advantage.
You must be confident on the telephone when talking to clients with a polite telephone manner.
You must have a clear understanding of dealing with all aspects of Wills & Probate and also have an understanding on what's involved when drawing up LPA's.
The current secretary is about to retire and over the years she has naturally taken on more and more of the duties and responsibilities that would have previously been done by the Solicitor, so we are looking for a real bright candidate to take over her role, someone who has the knowledge and willingness to learn more.
If you also have some Conveyancing experience, this would be an added bonus as you could help out when the other secretary is off.
Must have a fast and accurate typing speed
Salary is between £25k and £30k depending on experience!
