Legal Secretary 

An opportunity for a permanent full time Legal Assistant has arisen at our Shrewsbury office within

the Trusts and Estates department.

As a Trusts and Estates Legal Assistant you will:

• Accurately produce documents, undertake digital dictation work, complete daily filing,

arrange the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files

• Prepare and check mail and enclosures for dispatch

• Take initial client contact calls, prepare client packs, make appointments

• Contact courts and existing clients at fee earners requests as required in order to meet

the needs of the case load

• Undertake diary management tasks and all general administrative tasks associated with

the position. Including; photocopying and paginating, preparing indexes, taking

payments, and preparing billing schedules

The ideal Trusts and Estates Legal Assistant will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in Trusts and Estates is desirable but not essential

• IT literate

• Enthusiastic

• Good administration skills

• Great communication skills
