Talented Legal Secretary sought for a leading law firm in Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, client-orientated law practice which is located near Holt in Norfolk. Assisting and supporting fee earners within the team, you will handle a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
• Diary management
• Opening and closing files
• Liaising with clients
• Audio typing
• General office administration
• Supporting fee earners with private client matters
• Applications are encouraged from legal secretaries with a minimum of one year’s experience
• Experience of supporting fee earners in private client matters will be advantageous
• Being competent within case management systems and audio typing will be beneficial
• Excellent IT skills and an understanding of legal billing will be advantageous
• Taking a proactive approach, you will excel in time management
