As an In-House Legal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building relationships and providing a first-class recruitment service to both legal professionals and large UK corporations.
You will have full autonomy over your own clients and candidates and will be able to see the recruitment process through from start to finish. You will be able to interpret clients' needs and objectives to deliver relevant recruitment solutions, while also seeking to develop new business opportunities.

Ideally you will have spent time working with leading organisations and businesses, to recruit for their in-house legal teams. If not, you will have a good level of recruitment experience be that legal or professional services recruitment.
Preferably you will be educated to degree level, with the ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients and candidates at senior level within major UK organisations.
You will have a proven track record achieving targets, being motivated by business development and your own earning potential. You will have excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to negotiate confidently.
If you are team oriented and demonstrate a strong work ethic, you can expect to progress quickly based on your achievements.
